💧 Hydration is key! Drinking enough water keeps our bodies and minds functioning at their best. Aim for at least 8 glasses a day. How many have you had today? 💧

A big shout-out to Red Cross student Myles Smith! He has officially created the first 3-D print in the RCE STEAM Lab for the 2024-25 school year! Myles created a custom 6-sided cube with rounded edges that is safe for small children to play with. He printed it in rainbow gold PLA filament, which is a bioplastic made from corn sugars and is both food-safe and non-toxic! Science, tech, and engineering at work!
Thank you to our firefighters, police officers, first responders, and service members for risking their own lives to save the lives of others. "Real heroes don't wear capes. Real superheroes wear uniforms and badges and stethoscopes!" -Dean Cain
