Good Morning Park City Families.

Park City Elementary FCA would like to invite all students and staff to join us for See You at the Pole tomorrow morning at 7:00.

See You at the Pole™ is simply a time of prayer where students meet at the school flagpole before school to lift up their friends, families, teachers, school, and nation to God. See You at the Pole™ is a student-initiated, student-organized, and student-led event. We hope to see you there!

We read about colossal pancakes and cyclones in some of our fairy tales and tall tales. Today we enjoyed a little treat after we reviewed for the unit assessment.

Mrs. Alyssa’s class is hard at work practicing their fine motor skills with Play-Doh!

Kindergarten has been practicing making different types of lines with Play-Doh. This skill is helping to prepare them with writing letters.

🚀 Science in Action! ⚽️
Today our 4th graders became engineers and scientists as they tested out their very own Kick System Investigation Plan!🧪✨
We asked the big question: How does the force of a kick change the motion of a ball? Students designed a system using rulers, cubes, and a kick mat to measure how far the ball traveled with different amounts of force.
Through teamwork, data collection, and lots of experimenting, students discovered that the harder the kick, the farther the ball moves—an exciting hands-on way to learn about energy and force! 💥⚡️
We are so proud of their curiosity, collaboration, and scientific thinking. 👏

Please remember the key components of the initiative:

• 0 Sugary Drinks 🥤

Our kindergarteners had so much fun exploring with geoblocks during math time! They used their creativity and problem-solving skills to build houses while learning about shapes.
