BCMS staff members Tony Jones, Julie Witty, Lorie Ryan, and BCHS student David Marshall made PLARN mats that they delivered to Wade Copas, Director of Bridge Kentucky. Plarn mats are sleeping mats created by crocheting or knitting repurposed plastic shopping bags. They offer a waterproof and lightweight barrier for those in need, particularly the homeless, to protect them from the ground. What a great service project!
